Look at homes with someone on your side
I set up the showings, walk them with you and tell you what I see, including the things that cost money later. In most purchases my fee is paid at closing out of the transaction, and I'll explain exactly how before you commit to anything.

Offer, inspect, close
I write and negotiate the offer, line up the inspection, and stay on it through appraisal and closing. You'll know what is happening at every step and what it means for you.

How much do I need for a down payment?
Less than most people think. Several loan programs allow well under 20 percent down, and the lender will tell you what you qualify for. I'll help you weigh the monthly payment against the cash you keep in reserve.
Does it cost me anything to work with you?
In most purchases the buyer's agent is paid at closing out of the transaction, and I'll walk you through exactly how that works for any home you're considering before you commit to anything.
What if I'm not ready for six months or a year?
That's a fine time to start. I'll send you listings so you learn the market, and you'll know what you want by the time you're ready. No pressure and no drip campaign.
