Does it cost anything?
No. It's free, and I'm happy to do it whether or not you ever list.
Am I committing to sell?
Not at all. Plenty of people just want to know where they stand this year. If you do decide to sell, you already know how I work.
What happens after I send it?
I text you, usually the same day, with the range and a couple of questions about the house so I can tighten it. That's it. No drip campaign.
