What happens at the listing appointment?
I walk the house with you, show you what has sold nearby and where yours fits, and lay out the plan: prep, photography, pricing, timing. You leave with a number and a straight answer on what it will take.
Does the appointment cost anything or commit me?
No. It's free and there's nothing to sign. If we're a fit, we go from there. If not, you still leave knowing where you stand.
What do you charge?
Commission is negotiable and we talk about it up front, in writing, before you sign anything. No surprises at the closing table.
How soon can you list it?
That's up to you and the house. Once it's ready, I schedule the photography and we pick the live date together. If you need time to prep, I'll help you decide what is worth doing and what is not.
